Description
The three-bottle case "Podere Santa Lucia" from the winery of the same name contains two local labels and one international label: Verdicchio Classico Pellegrino, Incrocio Bruni 54 and Parmenide Merlot.
Verdicchio Classico "Pellegrino" is an extremely typical example, masterfully vinified in stainless steel. Young and fresh, crisp and agile, it faithfully represents the Verdicchio grape variety, releasing aromas of peach and pineapple combined with yellow flower petals. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a bitter finish of great personality.
Incrocio Bruni 54 IGT represents a journey into the ancient wine-making traditions of Senigallia, rediscovering a Marche grape variety born from the union of Sauvignon Blanc and Verdicchio. The grapes, grown organically in Monte San Vito, are vinified in stainless steel and aged 'sur lies'. The result is an intense and complex wine, with aromas of grapefruit, sage and rosemary, and a fresh and structured taste, ideal for delicate and spicy dishes.
The selection is completed by Parmenide, a pure Merlot that originates from the sandy soils near the Adriatic Sea, caressed by the sea breeze. Vinified spontaneously and aged in wood and steel, it reveals a fruity and floral profile, with a soft entry and velvety tannins, perfect with grilled or roasted meats.
