How are the wineries and wines selected on Italovino?
At Italovino, it is important for us to collaborate with small/medium-sized, preferably family-run wineries that produce artisanal, organic, or biodynamic wines, respecting the environment and the integrity of the grape variety from which they originate. Each label is carefully tasted by our team of oenologists, who then create a customized description available on the product page.
How do I register on Italovino?

What can I do if I forget my password?

How can I modify my personal or login information?
Log into your personal area by clicking "Login" and entering your username and password. Once inside, you can quickly and easily modify whatever you prefer.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, check the “Delete Account” box and confirm the selection within the "Personal Data" section of your account.

You can use many payment methods, including credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa) and PayPal.
E-COMMERCE WINES
Can I buy wines without registering?
Yes, you can purchase a product as a “guest”. During the “checkout” phase, you will need to enter your personal details, such as your name, surname, email, and shipping address, and proceed with the order without checking the "create an account" box.
How can I order wines on Italovino.com?
Ordering wine is quick and easy. Once you’ve chosen the label you are interested in, select the vintage and quantity. Click "add to cart" and follow the steps needed for purchase, enter your name, surname, shipping, and billing address, and payment method before confirming. At the end, you will immediately receive a confirmation email of your order.
Is there a minimum number of bottles for each order?
For each winery from which you want to buy wine, the minimum order is 3 bottles. Some wineries have a minimum order of 6 bottles, up to a maximum of 30. Please note that orders placed with different wineries will have different shipments because the package is shipped directly from the winery.
What happens if a wine ordered is just out of stock in the winery's cellar?
If a wine ordered is out of stock, the amount spent will be refunded to you and can be used for another purchase, or you can choose to have it refunded in full.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once confirmed, paid, and completed, an order cannot be canceled. If you encountered any problems during the order, you can contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Can I return a product?
To return a product, contact customer service at [email protected]. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase date.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered package?
Our courier takes great care in handling the packages, but if you receive a damaged or tampered package, write the word "RESERVE" and specify the type of anomaly found (e.g., damaged package) on the delivery document the courier will have you sign. Notify our customer service as soon as possible of any irregularities by emailing [email protected], specifying “Damaged or tampered package” in the subject line and attaching photos of the damage or tampering. It is essential that the shipping label is clearly visible in the photo of the package.
What should I do if my wine tastes corked?
It’s very rare for your wine to taste corked (about 0.5% of bottles), but it can happen. In this case, keep the defective bottle half-full with the original cork and write to our customer service at [email protected]. We will arrange for a refund or replacement of the bottle, which cannot be processed without the defective bottle. The defect must be reported within 6 months of purchase.
What should I do if the products in the package do not match what I actually ordered?
Notify us immediately by writing to [email protected], attaching photos of the bottles in the email. We will promptly resolve the issue.

How much does shipping cost on italovino.com?
In Italy: Shipping costs are €7.9 for all orders. If your winery order is over €99, shipping is free. In Denmark: Shipping costs are DKK 115 for all orders. If your winery order exceeds DKK 1500, shipping is free. In Belgium: Shipping costs are 8,9 EUR on all orders. If your winery order exceeds 149 Euro, shipping is free. In the Netherlands: Shipping costs are 7 Euro on all orders. If your winery order exceeds 149 euros, shipping is free. In France: Delivery charges are €9 on all orders. If your winery order exceeds 149 euros, shipping is free.
What are the delivery times for my order?
For shipments to Italy, the package will generally be delivered within 1-3 business days, while in Europe, the courier takes 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the package leaves the winery, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package's progress. You can also check your personal Italovino account area for the details.
Are the prices displayed VAT inclusive? Do they also include any excise taxes?
Yes, all prices displayed include VAT and any excise duties, if applicable.

Can I also book wine tourism experiences on Italovino?
Yes, on Italovino, wineries showcase both their wines and wine tourism experiences such as tastings, vineyard and winery tours, picnics, and much more!
Do I need to register to book an experience?
No, it is not necessary.
How can I book an experience?
Booking an experience is simple and fast. Just select the desired experience, choose the available date and time slots, add it to your cart, and complete the payment authorization.
What is a payment authorization?
Once the payment authorization procedure is completed, we will reserve the necessary funds for the experience on your credit card. This is not a payment; no transaction will be made.
Why is the payment authorization procedure important?
Once you've booked your visit and completed the payment authorization, the winery has a certain number of days to confirm or decline your booking.
What happens if the winery confirms my booking?
If confirmed, you will immediately receive an email with the booking confirmation. The reserved funds on your credit card via the payment authorization will be captured.
What happens if the winery declines my booking?
If the winery declines your booking, you will immediately receive a notification email. The payment authorization on your credit card will be canceled.
Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
Yes, you can do so by logging into your reserved area. Select the booked experience and click on the "cancel" button.
Are there penalties for canceling an experience early?
Wineries offer a period during which users can cancel a confirmed booking for free. This period varies from winery to winery, but it is generally between 2-5 days before the scheduled experience date. After this period, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Can I modify a confirmed booking?
It is not possible to modify a confirmed booking, but you can cancel it and make a new one.
Can I add participants to my booking?
It is not possible to add participants to an already confirmed booking. However, you can:
Make a new booking for the additional participants at the same time you previously chose.
Cancel your booking and make a new one for the total number of participants. In this case, before canceling, ensure there are enough available spots for the new booking and review the cancellation conditions.
Where can I view my booking?
You can view your booking in your reserved area, where you will find the booking number, date, time, and status.
