Each winery ships its wines in its own parcel: shipping is charged per winery, so wines from different wineries mean more than one shipment.

How it works

Times

Wineries process orders Monday to Friday and the courier delivers on the same days, usually between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Delivery times are approximate, 1 to 3 working days in Italy and 3 to 5 in Denmark, counted from the day the courier picks up the parcel at the winery.

Deliveries

Give an address where someone is always in: a neighbour, a concierge, a shop.
In the delivery notes you can ask for the parcel to be left elsewhere (e.g. at the front door): in that case the courier is not responsible once it is delivered.
Wineries ship the bottles in certified packaging.
All shipments are insured against damage, theft or loss.

Taxes and excise

Prices on Italovino include VAT and any excise duties: no other tax is due at purchase or on delivery. For orders within the European Union, Italovino declares and pays the excise duties.
