Description
The three-bottle case 'I bianchi Quirinus' from the St. Quirinus winery contains South Tyrolean whites by Michael Sinn, a young winery founded in 2013 that combines organic and biodynamic agriculture in a unique area overlooking Lake Caldaro. The selection includes 'Opera 24' Pinot Grigio, 'Opera 24' Moscato Giallo and 'Sauvignon Quirinus'.
The white 'Opera 24' is a pure Pinot Grigio with the acidity typical of local wines, which keeps the palate lively and entices you to take another sip, rich in fruity aromas on the nose, a full expression of the grape variety. In the glass, it is straw yellow with pink reflections, fresh and complex, with notes of citrus, peach and melon, accompanied by an intriguing hint of exotic fruit.
The Moscato Giallo 'Opera 24' also comes from the sunny vineyards overlooking Lake Caldaro. An aromatic white wine that is easy to drink, smooth and flowing, with aromas of sweet ripe fruit and hints of nutmeg, it finishes with a touch of exotic fruit that enhances its complexity.
The "Sauvignon Quirinus", made entirely from grapes of the same variety, expresses freshness and character. In the glass, it is bright and lively, with aromas of citrus, gooseberry and passion fruit, enriched with hints of aromatic herbs and a persistent, mineral finish.
