The tour includes a guided walk through the vineyards and winery, offering an up-close look at the local area and the estate’s working methods. Work in the vineyards is carried out with the utmost respect for the environment, while the winemaking process in the winery follows a top-down approach that makes use of gravity and minimises the use of pumps. Tradition and modern technology come together to enhance the wines' characteristics.
