Full itinerary - Vinicola Cicella

This all-round experience provides an interesting overview of the wines produced by Vinicola Cicella and gives you the opportunity to capture the essence of the Salento area by comparing the labels on offer! But before that, a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery is essential! A guided tour of the winery is also essential! You will be offered six wines to taste, starting with Fiano, followed by a choice of two types of rosé made from Negroamaro or Primitivo grapes. You will then move on to the reds, with Malvasia Nera or Negroamaro vinified in red. Finally, you will taste the 'king of Apulian vines', Primitivo, in three versions, including 'Pepe Nero' and the passito 'Pezza della Chiesa'. The tasting will be accompanied by a platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and almond desserts.
