The Primitivo Route - Vinicola Cicella

After touring the vineyard, discovering how the vines are cultivated and trained in this area of Puglia and visiting the places where the grapes are transformed into wine, you will be able to taste and discover the nuances of Primitivo vinified in various ways and from different plots of the estate through a tasting of four wines: Primitivo Rosé, Primitivo IGT, Primitivo di Manduria 'Pepe Nero' and Primitivo del Salento 'Pezza della Chiesa'. The tastings are accompanied by a platter of typical cold cuts and cheeses.
