Three bottle pack “Varietali trentini”

Description

The 'Varietali trentini' three-bottle case from Cantina Pisoni contains three wines made from varieties that are symbolic of the region: Annada Nosiola, San Siro Chardonnay and Le Part Pinot Grigio.

Annada takes its name from the union of the names Anna and Davide, the producers' children. Made from the best Nosiola grapes, the only native white grape variety in Trentino, it ferments and ages for 12 months in acacia tonneaux. Golden in colour and fragrant with elderflower and hazelnut, it offers softness and mineral freshness on the palate, ideal with river and lake fish.

San Siro Chardonnay is a straw-yellow wine with a ripe apple aroma. Grown on the calcareous soils of the San Siro hill, it fermented in stainless steel and ages for 6 months, offering balance, dryness and a soft, fresh taste.

Le Part Pinot Grigio, grown in the Sarca plain, combines roundness and elegance. It ferments at a controlled temperature and ages for 6 months in stainless steel. Fruity, with notes of pear and great persistence, it is the perfect accompaniment to risottos and delicate dishes.
