Description

The three-bottle case "Bianchi Zanovello" from the winery of the same name combines three native white wines from the region with great personality: 'A Cengia Moscato Secco, Manzoni Bianco and Garganega Veneto IGT.

'A Cengia Moscato Secco comes from vineyards located between 200 and 400 metres above sea level in the Euganean Hills, with volcanic and clayey soils. It ferments with indigenous yeasts in wood and cement and ages for two years. Bright straw yellow in colour, it expresses floral and fruity aromas, combined with notes of aromatic herbs. Dry and mineral, it is balanced between acidity and sapidity, ideal with salmon, asparagus and herb dishes.

Manzoni Bianco, the result of a cross between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, comes from the slopes of Monte Venda. It ferments spontaneously in wood and cement and ages for two years. Intense and complex, it offers aromas of citrus fruits, white fruits and mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and persistent, perfect with turbot, crudités and medium-aged cheeses.

Garganega Veneto IGT, obtained after years of experimentation, ferments spontaneously in wood with ten days of maceration on the skins. Golden and fragrant with ripe fruit and spices, it is dry and harmonious, with a long and slightly tannic finish. It pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, white meats and aromatic cheeses.
