Description
The 'Art' three-bottle case includes the Brut Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine from the De Vigili winery, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Collina dei Sorni in Lavis. The 40-year-old vines are cultivated using traditional methods, without chemicals, with manual harvesting and soft pressing of the free-run juice only. The base wine ferments and ages in stainless steel, followed by tirage and 36 months on the lees, plus at least another 6 months in the bottle. The result is an elegant and complex Blanc de Blancs, bright straw yellow in colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose releases aromas of bread crust, ripe fruit and dried fruit, with a mineral finish. On the palate it is full-bodied, structured and refined, with a pleasant acidity and freshness that enhance its elegance. Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes such as fish and white meats, 'Art' represents the essence of Trentodoc, a fine and harmonious mountain sparkling wine experience, designed for lovers of quality and Trentino winemaking tradition.
