Your visit will begin with a walk through the vineyards adjacent to the farm, where you will learn about the organic farming methods used to cultivate the vines. As you walk among the vines, you will discover the farm's production philosophy, the characteristics of the area, and the agricultural practices that enable the production of high-quality grapes while fully respecting the environment.

At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a guided tasting of three wines that are representative of the farm's production:

•       Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco,

•       196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon,

•       Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso

The tasting is accompanied by typical Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, as well as crostini with organic extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate.
