'Suasì rosato', a fresh version made from Nebbiolo grapes vinified in white, expresses all the delicacy of the grape variety. Pale pink in colour, with aromas of red fruits and fresh flowers, it has a crisp, balanced and fresh palate, perfect for aperitifs or carefree evenings.

Chardonnay "Suasì" Deltetto
Description
The Suasì white wine produced by the Deltetto winery is a young and attractive version of the international Chardonnay grape. Its name, "Suasì", comes from the Piedmontese dialect and means "chosen". It is made from a small quantity of pure white Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected and harvested every year just before full ripeness, to produce a fresh, easy-drinking wine with a pleasant fruitiness, suitable for aperitifs and everyday meals. The Chardonnay is cultivated in the heart of the Langhe, on the family's land, characterised by the marl and clay soils typical of the area, and a climate with temperature variations between day and night, which favours the full expression of the vine. Care for sustainability and attention to organic farming are the cornerstones of Deltetto's work in the vineyard and cellar, in order to obtain healthy grapes without the use of synthetic chemical products. Harvesting is done entirely by hand and vinification begins after the grapes have been gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C in steel vats, the perfect combination to maintain a greater expression of the varietal aromas. Maturation also takes place in steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing before release. Suasì has a straw-yellow colour, inviting aromas of ripe exotic fruit, and a great freshness in the mouth. It is ideal as an aperitif or with fish and shellfish starters, creating a gastronomic experience that celebrates the lightness and elegance of this wine.Read More

Nebbiolo "Suasì" Deltetto
Description
Suasì Rosé, the pink version of the Chardonnay label of the same name from the Deltetto winery, is a wine made from pure Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in white to obtain a seductive rosé. For the white Suasì, oenologists Carlo and Antonio Deltetto have sought a fresh and intuitive version through the careful selection of a small quantity of Nebbiolo grapes, harvested a little early to obtain the right level of acidity, which accompanies a crisp and supple drink, balanced by fragrant fruity notes that invite you to sip. It is a young wine to be enjoyed with pleasure, as an aperitif or for informal occasions.
Suasì Rosso comes from the spectacular hills of the Langhe, where Nebbiolo vines grow in perfect synergy on marl and clay soils. These soils are particularly suited to this typical grape variety, which expresses itself with a fine and delicate character, even in the rosé version. After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and subjected to a brief cold maceration before being gently pressed and fermented at 16°C in steel tanks. The wine then matures for a few months in stainless steel vats and is then refined in the bottle before being released.
Suasì has a pale pink colour, its bouquet is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruits, enriched by light floral notes, while in the mouth it is agile and streamlined, with great drinkability and freshness. This wine goes well with fish and shellfish hors d'oeuvres.

Arneis "Daivej" Deltetto
Description
The Deltetto family's 'Dai Vej' wine takes its name from the Piedmontese expression meaning 'the old ones', and is a heartfelt tribute to the family's ancestors who have handed down the precious wine-making tradition. A versatile and drinkable white wine, for informal occasions, but at the same time elegant, ready to drink, refined in steel, trying to respect the full fruit notes typical of the vine. The winery's history has its roots in the Piedmontese town of Canale, in the Roero region, on the left bank of the Tanaro river, on the same hill where the Arneis vine is still cultivated with passion, using organic methods. The soil is sandy and calcareous, of alluvial origin and rich in minerals. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. Maturation always takes place in steel vats, followed by a short refinement in the bottle. The result is a crystal-clear wine with a straw-yellow colour that is enchanting at first sight and entices you to taste it. On the nose, the wine reveals distinctive fruity notes, with a distinct hint of exotic fruit, enriched by crisp apple and light floral nuances. On the palate, Dai Vej is fresh and elegant, with the same vibrant fruity notes as on the nose. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, but its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of dishes.Read More
