Description

The three-bottle case "1742" Metodo Classico from Cantina Blasi celebrates the year of construction of the historic winery, purchased by Bino, the founding father of the company, and still used today for ageing wines. Pas Dosé is made from Chardonnay and Trebbiano Spoletino grapes from the Petrella and Villa Pace vineyards. After a long period on the lees for at least 30 months, it expresses a bright straw yellow colour in the glass, aromas of yellow fruit, citrus and bread crust, and a fresh and savoury taste, perfect with fish dishes. The Brut, a pure Chardonnay, ferments at low temperature and ages for 12 months on the lees, displaying a lively and persistent mousse, hints of white flowers and crisp fruit, and a creamy, mineral and long finish. The Brut Rosé, born from the union of Chardonnay and Sangiovese, ages for 12 months in the bottle. Bright and brilliant pink, it offers notes of currant, cassis and raspberry, with a fresh and mineral palate that enhances the pleasure of every sip. A collection that embodies history, elegance and the art of the Blasi Metodo Classico.
