Description
The three-bottle case 'Rosso bianco e...' from Cantina Pisoni contains: Pinot Nero, Petiz Rosato and Codecce Bianco.
Pinot Nero reveals the nobility of a grape variety that has been refined for almost two centuries, cultivated with dedication on the San Siro estate on calcareous soils. The taste is dry and harmonious, with hints of vanilla, perfect with forest dishes and white meats.
Petiz Rosato, produced with Merlot grapes from the Cesure vineyard, fermented in stainless steel and ages for six months. Bright pink in colour, it is fresh and structured, with notes of strawberry and raspberry. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes and pizza.
Codecce Bianco, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Goldtraminer and Nosiola, ferments and ages in stainless steel for six months. Bright yellow in colour, it offers intense aromas of apple and exotic fruit, with a soft and fresh taste, perfect with fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.

Pinot Nero Cantina Pisoni
Description
In the heart of Trentino Alto Adige, the nobility of Pinot Noir is revealed in an expression that has been refined for almost two centuries. This variety, cultivated with dedication and skill, reaches its zenith in the most vocal hills of the region, where Marco and Stefano Pisoni, pioneers in the field, have devoted decades of commitment, passion and resources to the cultivation of Pinot Noir. History and commitment. From the careful selection of clones to the choice of the best barriques for ageing, their commitment was rewarded with victory in the 2009 National Pinot Noir Competition. This success was the culmination of a long period of work and laid the foundations for an unmistakable and convincing interpretation of this variety, which enhances the terroir of the picturesque Valle dei Laghi. Situated in the San Siro estate on calcareous soil, the vines are trained using the Guyot system and the yield at harvest time never exceeds 60 quintals per hectare, creating the optimum conditions for the grapes to ripen as evenly as possible. As with all the varieties, selected yeasts are used for fermentation. Maturation is similar to that of Rebo, with the wine spending 24 months in oak barrels to complete the process. In the glass, the Pinot Noir presents itself with an intense garnet red colour, anticipating an enveloping sensory experience. The velvety bouquet of ripe cherries and wild berries, typical of Pinot Noir, is the prelude to a dry, intense and pleasantly bitter taste, with a hint of vanilla due to the barrel ageing. This exceptional wine pairs perfectly with the aromas of the forest, from porcini mushrooms to truffles. Its versatility is evident both in a great first course and in combination with white meat, poultry or game.Read More

Merlot "Petiz" Cantina Pisoni
Description
The Pisoni family's Petiz Rosato embodies the long tradition of rosé winemaking in Trentino Alto Adige. Originally made from the historic and much-loved Schiava variety, Petiz is now made exclusively from Merlot grapes grown in the Pergola Trentina system in the Cesure vineyard, which is characterised by silty-sandy soils. After careful destemming, the must is left to macerate on the skins in the press for 3 days. The must is then gently pressed and fermented with selected yeasts to obtain a bright pink wine, fresh and light but with a pleasant structure. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks for about six months. The Petiz Rosato Vigneti delle Dolomiti is a sweet and elegant wine that releases a delicious strawberry scent, while on the palate it is appropriately acidic, dry and intense, with pleasant raspberry notes. A symbol of summer, this rosé is not only a classic aperitif, but also an excellent accompaniment to elaborate fish dishes such as soups, cacciucco and brodetto. It is also a sophisticated alternative to beer when paired with the queen of Italian tradition: pizza.Read More

"Codecce" Cantina Pisoni
Description
Codecce, the result of years of dedication and oenological research on the part of the Pisoni family, is an excellent wine obtained thanks to an innovative vinification method that eliminates the use of sulphites while maintaining the wine's exceptional quality. The name of the wine itself is a tribute to the vineyard of the same name on the San Siro hill, characterised by calcareous soils, ideal for the cultivation of white grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc, Goldtraminer and Nosiola, which make up this blend. Codecce is an authentic expression of the Valle dei Laghi, an Alpine region characterised by a unique Mediterranean climate that allows the grapes to reach the perfect degree of ripeness and aromatic concentration. The manual harvesting of the grapes precedes all the processes that take place in the winery: first the berries are destemmed and then subjected to a soft pressing to extract the must. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for six months, also in steel vats, and is characterised by its full, ripe and exotic aromas, typical of the aromatic varieties from which it is made, which evoke enveloping sensations. On the palate, it offers a harmonious combination of softness and freshness, with a pleasant crispness that makes it irresistible. The deep colour of Codecce, with green reflections, anticipates the sensory experience to come. The intense aromas of apple and exotic fruits underline the complexity of the wine. Codecce goes well with the authenticity of Italian tradition, welcoming the company of fresh cheeses such as mozzarella di bufala, burrata and stracciatella. Its versatility is also expressed with grilled vegetables.Read More
