Four of the estate's own non-alcoholic beverages accompany visitors on a journey of discovery of genuine aromas and fragrances, paired with a platter of local produce, including cold cuts, cheeses, and baked specialities. This tasting of organic wines is designed solely for the pleasure of enjoying things done well, without alcohol or added sugar. The tour includes a guided visit to the winery, during which the company's history, philosophy and work dedicated to organic wines are explained.
