Selezioni - De Vigili

An experience dedicated to specific crus, from which the best grapes are selected for De Vigili's wines. Following a guided tour of the winery, the following will be served for tasting:

•       the 'Art' classic method sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

•       the still white Chardonnay 'Terre Bianche', which comes from the chalky soils of the dei Sorni hill

 two reds made from Teroldego grapes:

•       "Tonalite"

•       'Ottavio', from the distinctive Cru Pasquari in Campo Rotaliano.

The terroir, combined with skilful oak ageing, enriches and adds complexity to the wine, the result of a balance between old vines and time.
