Three bottle pack “CB”

The "CB" three-bottle case contains the distinctive wines of the Cascina Belmonte winery:

The Costellazioni rosé, an expression of the Valtènesi DOC, is made from red grapes grown organically on morainic soils, trained using the Guyot method. Harvested by hand, the grapes ferment with selected yeasts and age for 5 months on the lees in stainless steel. Pale pink in colour, it surprises with its freshness, notes of citrus and yellow fruit, and a balanced, mineral palate. Perfect with cold cuts, white meats and fish.

The white Firmamento is made from Riesling Renano grapes grown on clay soils using the Guyot training system. It fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and ages for 6 months in stainless steel, preserving its freshness and harmonious acidity. The nose reveals floral aromas, tropical fruit and citrus, while the palate is soft, round and mineral. Ideal with fish, shellfish, vegetarian cuisine and fresh cheeses.

The red Naturae, made from Rebo grapes (a cross between Merlot and Teroldego), grown using the Guyot method on clayey soil, undergoes 3 days of maceration and ageing in stainless steel. Bright ruby red in colour, it releases aromas of black cherry, raspberry and pepper, and is savoury, fruity and fresh on the palate. Perfect with cold cuts, fresh cheeses and rustic dishes.
