Three bottle pack “Singolari”

The "Singolari" three-bottle case combines three original interpretations of Abruzzo by Nat and Andrea: "Unrouge", "Swing" and "Capsule Two". Artisanal, lively and modern wines that tell the story of a unique territory suspended between the sea and the mountains.

'Unrouge' is a light red, a blend of Montepulciano and Merlot, playful and thirst-quenching. The grapes, harvested by hand, ferment spontaneously in cement without maceration to obtain a fresh, fruity and smooth wine. Light and bright red, it offers notes of red fruits and Mediterranean aromatic herbs, soft tannins and a juicy and lively finish.

'Swing' is a pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, a slightly macerated white wine with an agile and mineral taste. The must ferments with the skins for 8-10 days in cement tanks, expressing aromas of ripe yellow fruit, herbaceous notes and delicate tannins. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and ready to drink.

'Capsule Two' is a natural and sparkling pet nat, made from Trebbiano, Montonico and Cococciola grapes. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle creates lively and sincere bubbles. The nose is fragrant with peach, apricot and white flowers, while the palate is savoury, citrusy and refreshing.
