Timing and costs
Orders placed on Italovino will be processed by the wineries Monday through Friday, also deliveries will be made by the courier only on those business days, generally between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Shipping costs may vary depending on the country of destination and the size/weight of the package. There is also free shipping for orders over a certain amount of money, the threshold varies depending on the destination.
Shipping costs in Italy

With orders over 69 euros, shipping is free.
Shipping costs to Denmark
From 3 to 12 bottles fixed shipping charge: 100 DKK.
With orders over 1500 DKK, shipping is free.
Shipping costs to Belgium
From 3 to 12 bottles fixed shipping cost: 8.9 euros.
With orders over 149 euros, shipping is free.
Shipping costs to Holland
From 3 to 12 bottles fixed shipping cost: 7 euros.
With orders over 149 euros, shipping is free.
Shipping costs to France
From 3 to 12 bottles fixed shipping cost: 9 euros.
With orders over 149 euros, shipping is free.
Packages are picked up by our couriers directly at the winery, which means that label purchases made from different wineries incur an additional shipping charge.
Deliveries
It is important and recommended when ordering, to provide a delivery address where someone is always present, such as a neighbor of yours, a concierge a store, etc. Different delivery directions can be given on the delivery notes (e.g., leave the package in front of the mailbox/doorway), in which case the courier will not take responsibility for the package once delivered. Delivery times are approximate, generally ranging from 1 to 5 working days, are calculated from the day the package is picked up by the courier and leaves the winery. Wineries are instructed to ship bottles in certified packaging in order to ensure their safety. All shipments are always insured against damage, theft or loss. In Italy and Europe, we use Bartolini couriers.
Taxes and excise taxes
The prices displayed on Italovino are all inclusive of VAT and any excise taxes. No other taxes will be due at the time of purchase or upon collection of the goods. For orders within the European Union Italovino is in charge of the declaration and settlement of excise taxes.
