Description
The three-bottle case of 'Titillo' from the Colle Jano winery contains the latest label from the estate's vineyards, a new success story by Filippo and Giulia, guardians of an artisanal and nature-friendly approach, dedicated to the restoration of old abandoned vineyards in the hills of Jesi. The pure Verdicchio that gives life to 'Titillo' comes partly from historic vines planted in 1967 and partly from younger vines planted in 2017, both located at 250 metres above sea level in Cupramontana. The soils, of marine sedimentary origin, are composed of sandy loam and marl, which give the wine a distinctive minerality. Bright straw yellow in colour, Titillo releases aromas of ripe yellow fruit, aromatic herbs and light floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, crisp and savoury, with an almost salty minerality that makes it decisive and vertical. Perfect with fish, fresh cheeses, white meats and delicate dishes, it is an elegant and immediate white wine.
