Description

The 'PN-CH' three-bottle case contains the Deltetto family's Alta Langa PN-CH Classic Method Sparkling Wine, an excellent wine produced in the hills of the province of Cuneo, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come together in perfect balance. The sparkling wine project began in the late 1970s, thanks to the intuition of Antonio Deltetto, and continues today with his children Carlo, Cristina and Claudia, who carry on the family tradition with the same passion. Produced according to the Metodo Classico, it ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks and then rests in the bottle for at least 30 months on the lees, developing a refined complexity and a fine, persistent mousse. In the glass, it is a bright straw yellow colour, with elegant aromas of bread crust, yeast and citrus zest. On the palate it is dry and savoury, with a balanced structure and a long, mineral finish. A wine with great personality, perfect with special moments: ideal as an elegant aperitif, it pairs well with seafood tarts, oysters and delicate first courses, adding a touch of class to any occasion.
